Erected in 2021 on the outskirts of Marrakech, Villa Zephyr is set in a lush 10,000 m2 garden, overlooked by the majestic silhouette of the Atlas Mountains.

Villa Zephyr comprises a living room, a winter dining room, a summer lounge and a spacious kitchen with adjoining laundry. The layout of these spaces is organized to preserve privacy, while offering a generous connection to the pool thanks to large sliding glass windows.
The night area comprises three magnificent suites, one of which spans 40 m2, each with its own bathroom, toilet, dressing room and private terrace.

The swimming pool, set out of sight, stretches 9 metres in length and 5 metres in width, and is surrounded by numerous armchairs and deckchairs for relaxing moments, as well as a poolside shower.

Outside, you'll find a summer lounge and a large table to enjoy your meals in the shade of an elegant canvas, with barbecue nearby. A little further away, a space generously furnished with cushions invites you to relax, perfect for evening aperitifs around a brazier on cooler nights.

As you stroll through the garden, you may be lucky enough to come across Hafid, a peaceful Arabian thoroughbred who has found a peaceful retreat within the Villa. This affectionate and gentle animal will be delighted if you bring him some carrots or apples from the market.
