In the heart of Marrakech’s medina, in the Bab Lakssour district, this landmark riad occupies a footprint of more than 600 sq m and offers approximately 1,600 sq m of total space. Around its patio and swimming pool, a succession of intriguing, colourful and majestic spaces unfolds: arches, columns, lounges, a reception room and expansive terraces create a truly distinctive architectural setting.

This address has hosted events for haute couture houses, advertising campaigns for luxury brands, and exclusive private receptions. It was also once home to a restaurant that held a licence to serve alcohol at the time.

With its scale, character and history, the property offers remarkable potential to become an exceptional restaurant in the medina, subject to the necessary approvals. It has all the makings of a destination in its own right, celebrated far beyond Marrakech for its singular identity.
