Located on the road to Ourika, 20 minutes south of Marrakech, the villa California, recently built on a 2 hectare plot of land, is a very beautiful contemporary and resolutely modern residence.

The villa offers very large volumes with high ceilings, bay windows in each room that make this villa so bright, an atypical L-shaped pool, a traditional Moroccan living room and its fireplace on the roof terrace, a hammam, a suite and three bedrooms, all very spacious, 2 kitchens and a magnificent living space on the ground floor overlooking the pool.

Finally, the majestic entrance, the maintained grounds, the garden and the clear view on the Atlas Mountains make this villa an exceptional product.
